The service was definitely below par. They were not friendly and it felt like they didn’t even want to be there. The pool tables are way to close to each other and to close to the walls. One of the worst so called pool places I’ve ever been in.

Rudest service I have ever recieved. Not friendly! Burger was burned. Bartender said she couldn't make a drink. Ordered a margarita, mix may have been sour, but it was the worst I ever had. I asked VERY NICELY if I could have the drink my friend ordered because it was actually good. She got an attitude, waved her hands and rudely told me I would still be charged for the worst margarita I have ever had in my life. Pool tables are too close to the wall. Will not be back.

I used to like this place until I was slighted and neglected to a point of no return. There is a worker there that has definitely told me to GET OUT! Over a disagreement. All I wanted to do was use their jukebox. I think her name is Rihanna and she has reddish dirty brown hair, slim build. I started having bad service a lot when she was there before the final straw. I once order cheeseburgers with another guess and we got two waters. We noticed the water had a brown tint to it. So I asked her to take them away. She was rude and didn't take the water away and said we were being charged $1 a piece for them. Insane but ok .The guess with me decided he was never coming back. I should have done the same. But I came back and wanted to play music but needed change. Same female Reanna was there. She acted like she didn't want to give me change. But you work in a pool hall you have many things in the business that need to use dollars and quarters. Why don't you have plenty? Okay I was even nice enough to give her a dollar for giving me the change cause she seemed very pressed. When I entered the song UNDERSTANDING by Xscape the music was too low to hear over the pool tables being played on.

My sister, brother and I stopped in for an adult bevvy on Oct 20 while in town for a mini family reunion. We three moved from Florence many years ago (to FL and CO). Our Dad retired from the Florence Electricity Dept and used to eat lunch at the pool hall way back when. What a cool place. Our server Val (?) was so friendly as was the male server on duty. We already had dinner plans, but will definitely come back on our next trip for a juicy cheeseburger. Thank you for a trip down memory lane!
