I could not be happier with Mr Mike with Better Billiards. I have to expressed my satisfaction with their used tables, which were restored to like-new condition. Mr Jacob and Mr Michael was great to work with; very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all my questions. The crew that assembled my table were professional and meticulous. They made sure every detail, from the rails, the felt, and leveling the slate, was done perfectly. My used table is now good as new. Very fair pricing and high quality work. Highly recommend!

Update 01/2026: I would add a star to the rating if I could. Just had the table adjusted, and it is once again perfect after the weather conditions and moderate use settled the table out of level. Their standard of customer service is becoming rare. Mike, Jerry and Chris reminded me how they earned their place in the market. They continue to prioritize my table performance and customer satisfaction. I am glad to be a Better Billiards client. I played my first game within only a couple hours after their arrival. This is my first pool table, really a dream come true thanks to Better Billiards.

Great experience from start to finish. (Big) Mike made the purchase process easy and personal, even taking the time to chat for an hour after we talked business. Delivery was just as smooth—Jerry and Mike arrived on time Wednesday and handled the installation with impressive care and precision. Excellent service all around.

Excellent customer service! We worked with Mike to schedule pick up and delivery of a used pool table to our home in Mesa. They also replaced the felt and bumpers. The delivery and set up went smoothly and the pool table looks amazing! Everyone we worked with was courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Better Billiards!
