Horrible distorted music playing way too loud. Could not concentrate on my shots. No English being spoken. Kind of dirty

Do not go here. They will attempt to scam you. One of our groups of friends left and paid for their table but when we were leaving the staff told us that our friends said that we'd pay for their table. I called them on the spot and they confirmed that they paid as they left. They're trying to get more money out of you by lying to your face. Do not support this business under any circumstance.

Great place I've been to so many times I can't remember the number. The owner is a great person he always welcomes me with a great smile and handshake asap he sees me walk in. Now Anita is a beautiful waitress with great manners and every person I go in with have liked her as well. She is so nice and respectful that offers great waitress service to the point i asked the owner her to be the one to help us each time we are there.

Went to the billards hall with my cousin. I do not recommend. Coming from somewhere who works customer success in job in tech, I do not recommend. They are would not provide a receipt for my trainsaction. They told me to leave for asking for a receipt. Being someone who has grown up I Daly City, I do not recommend. Please message me personally if you run into issues.

So glad Billiard Palacade opened back up, clean tables great friendly staff...brought back so many good memories and we had some good competitive games
