Family House, Inc.

So thankful for this organization for allowing us to stay here while our children get treated at UCSF children's Benioff hospital. Family House is opening and welcoming to all the parents and family members and the patients during these difficult moments of our life's. We are very blessed to have found such a loving and caring community. I've been apart of Family House since 2020. Thank you all for everything you have done for us all.

Super friendly and attentive staff, lots of great activities for kids and families while they go through challenging times. They also took extremely quick action when something bad happened (which was outside of their control- a volunteer did something) and fixed the situation immediately while being supportive to us around the incident. So if anything negative does happen during your stay please speak up, they will hopefully be able to make it right. ♥️

This place is beyond amazing. Every time we come, there is something fun for the kids, the food is amazing, it's cleaner than any hotel, and the staff is ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I can't ever find words worthy enough to describe the FH. So many people working together to help struggling families and mine feels it, and appreciates it veeeeery much!

A very well organized, clean and needed facility for families that need a place to stay while their loved ones are being treated at the hospital. The staff is exceptional in their dedication to the families and patients. A great place to volunteer and/or donate to.
