This is certainly the best pool hall in Sacramento, California, and possibly the whole United States! Knowledgeable staff, well maintained equipment, and excellent customer service. If you're looking for a casual place to play pool or looking for serious action and highly competitive tournaments, this is your place.

Great tables, balls and felt. Nice friendly atmosphere. Good lighting. Food and drinks available there which was nice. Good pricing. We drove 90 minutes from the Bay area ( Berkeley) to check it out. Will definitely be there again when in the neighborhood .

Great place to spend some time with friends, some of the pool tables are pretty old but still clean and fun.

It’s a cool billiard place, but it needs a whole new vibe. A good remodel, new sign out front, and events, live music, something cool. Because the new generation has never even heard of Hard Times!!
