This is the best pool hall in the East Bay Area! The atmosphere is refined yet fun. The tables are in excellent condition and the balls are cleaned regularly. Very friendly owners and staff. Drink pricing is fair and they have a full liquor bar plus beer and wine. Plenty of parking with several good restaurants in the same complex. Whether you want to just practice, play a pick up game or bring your friends for fun together this place will not disappoint. They have leagues to join, too! Highly recommend!

If nothing else, come for the vibes! Nat and Jas make this place feel like a second home. It's been a while since I felt "at home" while out and this place is becoming one of those. Tons of tables but geta filled quick so show up early. Personally, late night vibes is where it's at!

Today we had a very bad experience at this billiard hall. We waited for about 40 minutes even though there was an empty table available. They told us the table was reserved for someone else, but no one came, and we were kept waiting for no reason. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the female staff member working there. After she realized from our accent that we were not American, her behavior toward us clearly changed. She became dismissive, disrespectful, and treated us differently. This made us feel that we were being treated unfairly because of where we are from, which felt like discrimination. As customers, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

$2/per table all Sunday is a deal I almost couldn't believe. When I saw "$2 pool, 2 player min" on their website, it sounded like $2 per person. Imagine how shocked I was when we left after around one hour (they gave us a bit of time to setup) and the total came out to be $1.80 for the four of us. That's 45 cents each. I paid more for a song on their jukebox. There is eerie green lighting and old TVs here as well. Love it! I remember I got a beer once and the lady said she would "put it on our tab" but she didn't end up charging me in the end. I informed her I got a beer and she said "I don't see it." and looked at me like it was more trouble than it was worth. They have tournaments going on all the time for different leagues and happy hour on weekdays.

“Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The staff at Crown Billiards were extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted like they didn’t care at all. They kept cutting me off and wouldn’t even let me talk. If you hate dealing with customers that much, maybe don’t work in customer service. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.”
