This place is honestly a gem. Over a thousand bottles from all over the world. Amazing selection of Japanese whisky, mezcal, and tequila too!
More than that, Sam and Jade are class acts. Incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the whiskies, and they make incredible recommendations in addition to incredible cocktails.
Seriously, this is a whisky bar but their cocktails are better than most cocktail bars I've been to.
The highlight was Jade's hawaiian sugar cane liquor. Wish we saw more hawaiian drinks represented! That would be awesome.

This is a whiskey lovers “candy store” with an epic selection of whisk(e)y from all over the world.
On top of that they host a weekly Whiskey Society event EVERY Wednesday where a visiting distiller, ambassador, owner, or trade rep will guide you through their offerings. These events are great value starting at just $25 per person.
The bar team craft delicious cocktails are each get to put their name to their creations on the house cocktail list.
If you’re in Denver and you love whiskey Seven Grand need to be top of your “must visit” list. Sláinte

Didn't try any food but was pretty impressed by the whiskey selections at Seven Grand. The atmosphere inside was an interesting mix of whiskey bar and more pub-like aesthetics. Some of the prices for bourbons were a bit out of proportion, but the selection we ended up with was tasty and a fair cost. Would come back if I wanted a particularly good liquor selection to choose from.

Broody spot, felt like I was in an episode of YOU with the dark decor. Really odd service, fully staffed bar and took a long time to get a check and anyone’s attention for a second drink. My friend got a superbly gorgeous cocktail.

My friend and I came down to the bar the other night to enjoy some drinks. The service was great! The place wasn’t crowded(7-8pm) instead it was cozy and the ambiance was nice. Josh our bartender was great with drinks and fun to chat with, along with his two other colleagues. We left the bar satisfied. Will be coming back again!
