Awesome customer service! My wife and I just had our new pool table delivered and installed yesterday, and we're both very happy with the experience. The guys were friendly and courteous, and efficient in their work; they carefully moved everything to our basement, and completed their installation in a little more than an hour. The pool table is better than what we expected! It plays amazingly smoothly, and looks incredible. I wish I could give twenty stars instead of five in this review. Replaced our old crap table with a nice new one had it for a few weeks now and it's amazing. Install was quick and quality work with attention to the little details. They even removed and disposed of the crap table. Overall upgrade was not cheap however you are buying way more than just a table you become part of there "family". When you are in the store shopping ask them about the warranty, service and support you will understand what I mean. Table came with all the little extras you need to start playing asap and not the cheap junk good quality cues balls racks and so on. Definitely worth purchasing from them

I'm not big on reviews, but I had an excellent experience at Fodor. Great service, super knowledgeable, and they helped me into a pool table that made sense for my space and budget instead of overselling me. Big shout out to Matt for all the help. Really appreciated the experience from start to finish.

I went to the Thornton location a couple of weeks ago and was liaison for a friend of mine who was wanting to purchase 6 spectator chairs. Matt took the time to look at different styles and options on the computer with me. I also spent time talking with Tony, who is very knowledgeable in billiards. I picked up some little things I needed, then waited for the shipment of chairs to come in. On tuesday this week, Matt called me and updated me on when the chairs would arrive, and that they would have them sent to their Highlands Ranch location for pickup. The very next day I received another call, telling me that Tony was picking up the chairs from their warehouse, but also that because I lived close enough to the store, which was still a bit out of the way, that he would just deliver them to the house. The Customer service went above and beyond any expectation, and I am truly appreciative of the dedication to their business. I'm now headed out tomorrow, Friday, to deliver these awesome chairs to my friend, so his pool rooms will be complete over the memorial day weekend. Thank you Tony and Matt, you're both amazing! I will definitely be back for more.

I have been to the locations in both Thornton and Highlands Ranch multiple times and I have received excellent customer service every time. My family and I have always been treated very respectfully and the staff are knowledgeable and patient with us. They have great prices and even better customer service. Thank you Alex and Tony for all of your help over the last couple years! You have earned my family and my business and I will go to Fodor before buying anything similar online.
