When we walked into the Pueblo location, we were greeted right away in a very friendly and professional manner by John. This was our first hot tub purchase and we wanted to get the best bang for our buck! We told John right away what we were looking for in a hot tub; including efficiency, therapeutic properties and low operation costs. He listened to our needs and he pointed us to the hot tub that he felt best met our need. We made three trips into the store before we made our final decision, and each time we went in we explored a little further and changed our mind on the seating configuration that we thought we wanted to start with. On the last trip, John recalled previous conversations that we had and redirected us to a different hot tub to better suit our needs, even though it was a lesser price than the first that we had looked at. So he's not all about making money he's about meeting the needs of his clients! He even remembers the name of our dog! You can't go wrong with John he's very knowledgeable very courteous and very helpful! And as far as the Bullfrog spa that we ended up buying, A7L, it is fantastic we were able to customize the jet packs that we wanted to get the

Garbage customer service unprofessional has no idea what we’re talking about. All I wanted was a spa cover replacement and he was an idiot. I would never buy anything from this place ever.

Bobs Got It!! He took care of us very well! We toured the showroom floor, checked out a competitor, and later called to confirm with Bob the one we wanted. We were approved for the financing, secured a spot at home, got it delivered in quick time, started enjoying the luxury. Definitely recommend!

The delivery team was also terrific. They hauled away our old hot tub, set up our new one, and walked us through maintenance instructions.
