Avoid this business. I received over-priced, poor service from staff members with even worse attitudes. In the process of performing a simple tip replacement, they left visible, tactile lathe scratches along the entire length of my cue's shaft. (Photo included.) Evidently, they "cleaned" the cue by using harsh abrasive, removed most (but not all!?) of the protective urethane finish, and left dry exposed wood without even an oil coat. They charged me $25 on top of the price of the tip itself. For comparison's sake, the going rate in the UK is ten pounds. I got shafted. Lesson learned.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is into pool. Doesn’t matter if you are brand new to the game, or a pro. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Quintin who was very helpful and answered all my questions. Really made the experience of buying a pool cue awesome, talking me through why some pool cues are more expensive and difference in tips. Also has a table for you to hit a few shots and feel the cue in hand. They have a great variety of both cues and tables to choose from. Also sell other things like darts, arcade games, and accessories. One thing I can tell you, they know their stuff when it comes to anything pool related. Also met Robert when I got my cues weight adjusted and too was very helpful. 10/10 when it came to customer service. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful store with an amazing selection of pool cues and pool tables. Darts dart boards. The store is very clean and laid out remarkabley well. I got 2 two piece cues and a box of chalk at a very reasonable price. The gentleman inside was nice and helpful. I love pool and have to say that this establishment made me feel like a kid in a candy store. Lots of accessable parking and easy to find a block off Colfax.

Great staff. Very helpful in selecting the shuffleboard wax products I needed. There suggestions were spot on and resulted in our NYE party being a big success. Their prices were good so it was worth the drive would definitely go here again

I really love some of the pool tables he has for sale. The pool sticks have some beautiful designs especially the pink camp I bought for my daughter. Going back to look for another one. The staff is really nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable.
