I have lived local-ish to Bullseye, but only recently visited for the first time and then a 2nd visit soon after. The owner Dave was refreshingly down to Earth, but the primary bartender (Jess) was beyond outstanding. She asked if I'd like the specific order from my first visit and had it down flawlessly! I liked the 'order at the window/separate order' set up. Julio (forgive me if I have the wrong name) explained the "not so plain" wings flavor to me and they came out better than expected. I've had them twice now and both times hit the mark (no pun intended). This place is a great spot for everyone, but maybe also not for everyone, if that makes sense 🙃😉? Glad I found f it...
