I had J and J services make repairs on my pool for the last two summers. The company that put my pool in definitely did not know what they were doing. I have had many conversations with Jordan and Jonathan and they are very respectful and can’t do enough to help me resolve my issues with my pool. Jay is the person who came out and found the leaks in my brand new pool and showed up when he said he would be here and completed the work in a timely manner.. Kenny has completed all of the repairs such as, running all new lines and new plumbing and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this company and I am happy to say I should finally enjoy my pool this summer for the first time in 3 years.

Beautiful pool, nice technicians but young and they dont always seem to know what they are doing. Concrete company did a terrible job and will not correct or stand by their services. No help from J & J with this either! Make sure to check behind the technicians after they open your pool. They tend to leave lines closed that should be opened. We have had a few issues since instalation and it does take a long time to receive resolution or not any resolution! Most issues were after opening the second year (2024) and last summer (2025). Here we are 2026 and liner coming detached and a leak at the sand filter.

We moved into a house with a sunken above ground pool that was a total mess and not serviced for about 2 years! They came and replaced the liner for us. Oh man we cannot THANK these guys enough. It was a gross mess with a foot of mud and junk sitting at the bottom that they helped us clean out. No way we could of done this on our own! It was nasty and smelled and they helped us get it done! They were quick and able to come out and help within 1-2 weeks and Jordan texted us to keep up good communication. We did have to pay extra for the extra clean up, but completely understand and was worth the extra help. Should we need to use them again, we would! Before and after photo should say it all! We have built up around the pool now and got to enjoy this summer!

J and J Pools is the only place to go for your pool supplies and service. Jordan, Keith and the rest of the crew have been there for years and treat J and J like it’s their business. They did a new liner for us, fixed our robot cleaner, ordered parts and help us with chemicals. Everyone there seems to enjoy their work and it shows in their customer service. Prices are very fair as well. If you are not a J and J Pools customer…you are missing out.

I called on behalf of my older friend, neither of us know a thing about swimming pools, I ended up speaking with Jordan when I called J & J after a Google search. Jordan was most patient, friendly, well spoken and extremely knowledgeable with his trade. He was such a pleasure to deal with, your company is lucky to have this young man on your team!
