We are here several times for dinner and once for breakfast during our stay at the Hilton. The service was always good and the food was always very tasty! Excellent burgers! The combo of Hawaii and a resort makes the prices ridiculously high. We had a food credit so it was more manageable, but just be ready to open your wallet!

It gets busy around meal times given it is in the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Right on the beach, great views. I sat at the bar on a Saturday night. Had great service even though they were down one bartender.
I had the catch of the day fish sandwich, which happened to be swordfish. Sandwich was good even though the fish size was a little small, especially compared to the bun size. The sriracha aioli on it was good. Fries were done well and I got a side of buffalo sauce. Good heat, but not too much, so wings should be good from a sauce perspective.
UPDATE: Had the wings…large size, so filling. The wasabi-ranch dipping sauce was good. They were cooked through, but if I ordered again, I would have specified extra crispy.
Update #2: Friends wanted to go back on a separate night…Had the dinner burger. Cooked to temp specified. Good burger. Because full of their BBQ speciality burger, looks and smells good, but it is HUGE. Patron next to me had it…
UPDATE 3: ok, here too long. Group wanted to go here (here we go again). I had the Popcorn shrimp appetizer as a meal. It’s a half pound I think. Lots of good shrimp, not over priced IMO. I had it with a side of buffalo and Thai Chili sauce. G

One of the restaurants open late night off the beach front Waikiki strip connected to the Hilton hotels. We were staying at the Hale Koa and their restaurants were closed after 830pm so this was one that was open later. Some people late night come for just drinks by the beach, and there’s sometimes live music too. We go there upon closing for dinner. My parents wanted coffee to drink, so they brewed a fresh batch for them. I asked what the most popular salad is and it’s their Chicken Cobb Salad which was very hearty with ingredients and it lasted me 2 meals. My dad got the fresh catch of the day sandwich which came with fries. My mom got the vegetable chow fun which had too many fresh green onions on top of it, wouldn’t recommend getting that one. Overall it’s a nice area and has a decent amount of menu items and a little bit pricey. Service was quick and efficient since they were about to close. Hilton has a parking garage is you’re out in this area.

This was one of my favourite restaurants in Honolulu. I had the brisket which was absolutely amazing. Very tender and the sauce was sweet. The Hawaiian light beer was also good. We sat outside and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Many food options including burgers, fish and meat dishes. They also had options for local fish. The staff was also more than friendly. Highly recommended.

Incredible Service, Uninspired Food
I really wanted to love this spot, especially given the gorgeous atmosphere at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, but the kitchen just didn't meet the bar set by the staff.
The Good: Five-Star Service
I have to start by shouting out the team. The service was absolutely amazing. Our server was attentive, friendly, and navigated a busy lunch rush with total grace. If I were rating based on hospitality alone, this would be a five-star review without hesitation.
The Bad: The $28 "Small" Burger
Unfortunately, the food was a massive letdown. I ordered the Teriyaki Burger, which comes with a staggering $28 price tag. For that price in Waikiki, you expect something gourmet or at least substantial. What I received was:
Undersized: The patty was surprisingly small, disappearing into the bun.
Bland: Despite being a "Teriyaki" burger, the flavor was incredibly muted. There was no char, no zing, and very little seasoning.
Poor Value: Paying nearly $30 for a burger that feels like it came from a concession stand is a tough pill to swallow.
It’s hard to justify the "resort tax" when the kitchen isn't putting any love into the plate.
