I had an excellent experience with excellent results while having a pool table recovered. Bob Altman, the owner, was very patient and friendly as he provided knowledgeable and experienced support. His guidance was direct and accurate. He made it simple while easily answering detailed questions. The choice of material was either good quality cost effective material, or the best. The pricing is no nonsense and fair. He was available and very flexible when my basement wasn't ready for our first appointment. The final result, a top-notch installation and happy customer.

We recently used Altman’s to recover our pool table. I called right before Christmas(with no expectation to have it done before Christmas) and they were able to schedule us within the same week. Bob was quick with his communication and scheduling. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our table looks brand new again and changes the whole look of the room. I would highly recommend Altman’s!

Cannot say enough about Bob and his delivery guys. They delivered a brand new Nordic hot tub and took away the old one. Their professionalism, communication and attention to detail were super impressive and not something that every company offers these days, unfortunately. If you are looking for a hot tub in the central Illinois area, they are the ones you call. Thanks again for a great experience!

Our basement remodel just got completed as the furniture and barstools were delivered this morning. Seamless. My wife was shopping for bar stools for the bar and discovered that Altman’s also sold furniture. Quality furniture and reasonably priced. Who knew? Going forward we’ll do business with this local business. From the initial discussions and through the sales process and ultimately to the professional delivery… great experience.
