Let's talk about class, as soon as you walk through the door the owner greets you, welcomes you to The Establishment and walks you back to a table. waitress comes over periodically to make sure that you're okay and you feel welcome. I recommend everyone go to this place. Oh I forgot to mention atmosphere fantastic, tables awesome

Our experience at G-Cue was unacceptable. We were a group of minorities and felt singled out the entire night. Staff were constantly watching our table despite us not being disruptive or causing any issues. After a small accidental spill, they refused to serve us water — even though all of us were drinking alcohol. Refusing water to patrons who are consuming alcohol is irresponsible and raises serious safety concerns. If something were to happen after leaving, that becomes a liability issue. The treatment felt targeted and discriminatory. We will not be returning.

Cool, clean and fun. One of the best pool halls in Chicago. Bring a few friends and rent a table. The table arrangement feels natural. Easy to play respectfully beside busy adjacent tables. Friends & I entered at 11pm yesterday, the owner immediately found us a table and we had a nice time for ninety minutes. 3 Michelob ultras, 3 coronas and pool play totaled up to $83. Which feels exactly right to me. In the context of Chicago pricing - it’s a good deal.

As soon as we walked in, the blonde waitress with glasses was giving us attitude. She had the most sour demeanor I've ever received from just walking into a bar. Ruined any chance of us enjoying our time here.

The table is nice, the crowd is friendly… The cost is kinda pricey… $80 for 2 mixed drinks and an hour of play is a lot. Other than that, I had a nice time.
