Joe is the best server ever. Ive never met anyone so personable and professional they are literally the best server you couldn’t have. They get you whatever you need In a timely manner and they’re always willing to do whatever you need!

I am hoping this provides clear feedback regarding my recent experience with Sharks. I contacted your office three weeks prior to our scheduled company team-building outing to arrange for a group of over 20 people. At that time, I was assured that all activities would be available for our visit. However, when I followed up two days before the event to confirm the details, I spoke with the General Manager, Derrin, who informed me that most of the activities would not be available. I am very disappointed that I did not receive any communication regarding this change and only found out because I took the initiative to call. Due to this lack of communication and the inability to support an event planned well in advance, I will not be booking any future outings at this establishment. I do NOT recommend.

I definitely want to thank all the employees you guys always treat as well in the cooks in the people who prep and serve and even the details of trash everyone you guys look like a good group of people working together . my wife and I were very impressed. Always love coming to KC just go to sharks if you're a dart player for sure this place to be top shelf keep up the good work

I'm really sorry I must drop my rating for Sharks again. While most of the wait staff are friendly and helpful this dive continues to be way below average with a real weak spot in management and the kitchen. Save your money and don't spend it here! Our waitress, (Nicki) Morgan et all are exceptional very friendly and helpful with out hovering. Plenty of parking, easy to find. Had a poor experience here tonight one of the members of my group had a legitimate complaint about the food and the waitress refused to take it off the check after asking for a manager who did take the bad food off the bill the waitress complained that we cost her money! Very unprofessional and disappointing as we are here every week and have spent too much money here on average food. This is the lowest rating I've given any establishment. Too bad The food is consistently bad, tried the chili last night and had indigestion before I left this establishment. If it weren't for the pool tables and my Monday night league I would never go back. Very disappointing and getting worse! Don't spend your money here!

Really good set up for pool. Tables are a buck. The only reason for a low rating is the price of the food. For two taco baskets and a soda water I got charged $22 which is kind of crazy since you only get free tacos per basket and nothing else
