Employees helpful and welcoming. I had the Rangoon Burger. It was delicious. My hubby had the Hangover Burger. He thought it was excellent....They even have an indicator at the kitchen telling you how long it will be for your food to come out as they cook everything from fresh. It was a little chilly in there for me but hubby was very comfortable. Comfortable Bar & Grill atmosphere. Prices are about standard. Don't go by the prices on the menu screen shots, those are very old. It was $26 for the two burgers. We drank water.

The Golden Q Sports Bar is a great place to catch a game and enjoy a good meal with the family. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, and the beer was ice cold - just how I like it. I especially enjoyed the unique touch of the jalapeno ketchup on the tables. It added a nice kick to my burger! The kids had a blast playing the games, which kept them entertained while we enjoyed the game. Overall, a great experience and we'll definitely be back.

We ordered a well done burger and it was far from well done. This was the second time it happened. We ordered carry out so guess they don’t care to cook your food properly. We will never order food again. Too pricey for food you can’t eat.

Food was fine, but the guy behind the counter taking orders yesterday evening was clearly not happy to be there. I ordered a drink & he scoffed at me, stating he’d throw my ID away. He seemed annoyed & very impatient the whole time we ordered (we have a big family). The lady who took plates away was really nice though.

I haven't been to Hays in maybe 8 years. I came back for a visit and the first thing I did was get a burger from the Q. Nothing seems to have changed but the staff, and that's no bad thing. Still one of the best burgers you can get, promt service, and good beer.
