Firstly, 100/10. I called to place my order as the original table I opted to buy was out of stock. Before this I got the best guidance and clarity from Lee who was so welcoming, my family and I visited the next day. Amazing smiles and atmosphere in house and beyond helpful over the phone. Delivery was well on time and Dan, Jamal and Kevin all got the table in, setup, and finished in an hour and a half. All before I had to leave for work. I will absolutely be shopping here for all my billiard needs and upkeep. Again, HIGHLY recommend. My daughter even got stickers visiting their store in Parksville, just an added on bonus. Thank you to the Chesapeake Billiard team for all aspects of customer service and just good banter. I will definitely also be adding one of their bars to our collection soon!

Fun, friendly, and worth the trip to come by and grab some supplies if you need a new cue or chalk, balls, whatever.

Chesapeake Billiards re-felted my old pool table yesterday and did excellent work. They were easy to schedule the service and called ahead before arriving the day of service. It was a quality installation job done professionally, respectfully, and neatly. It was a pleasure to have them visit my home and they made me feel their goal really was to satisfy our needs.
