Hopewell Bar & Kitchen

I had a surprisingly great experience for a little hole in the wall bar! The atmosphere was great - old school bar, nice holiday decor, and notably the music was the perfect vibe and the perfect volume. The music added ambiance and wasn’t so loud to affect conversation. The service was quick and friendly. The food was surprisingly good! I really enjoyed the chicken thigh bites with sweet chili sauce. The broccolini as a side of the steak was thick and undercooked, so I would try the asparagus next time instead. The slice of tiramisu was big. The cocktails are most notable! I definitely recommend trying the cocktails. I got the snakebite - it was sweet and well balanced, and it has a good amount of alcohol but it sneaks up on you due to the fabulous taste. I also enjoyed the Molly’s Lips. The pinball and other games added a unique element you don’t get to experience anymore - I thoroughly enjoyed it.

What an awesome place it’s the first time I ever come to Boston and ran into this place while looking for somewhere to eat and have a drink and they have great selection of beers on tap, including a fantastic German beer, great food, great staff great atmosphere. They have arcade machines, a pool table and shuffleboard. great little spot. I highly recommend..

One of the only bars I've ever had good food at as a vegan. Staff was extremely friendly. If you can sit by a open window it's a plenty nice dinning experience but at the bar has several large TVs which is not to my taste. Still I know that has more appeal to some people. Overall favorable impression.

The food here is absolutely delicious , I come here almost once a week, and every dish I’ve tried so far was was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. But what made the experience truly special was the service. Mikayla (sorry if I misspelled the name) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She is super attentive and friendly. It’s rare to find both outstanding food and outstanding service in one place, but this restaurant has both

I love the atmosphere and the service. The dinner menu usually feels a bit overpriced for what it is. Brunch on the other hand is wonderful. Getting an outdoor seat and getting brunch is my favorite at this place. Overall I've had a lot of great times here.
