Honestly it's ok. The food is ok, the service while freindly is ok. (We'll get to the part of the traveling french fry) the atmosphere is again in the Ok range. There are better places in Salem, there are worse places in Salem. 5/10
During the course of our meal we ordered two cocktails i got the painkiller #3 (which they may have left the extra and regular shot put of and just gave me one "extra" shot on the side my partner got the mai thai it was like mine Very sweet (alot of pre mixed) if you want a killer hangover come here.
I ordered the brie and bacon burger which was very thin for 18.00 when i can get a double version from Essex pizzeria literally next door for $7 less. The bacon was one jerkified nearly fossilized piece with less than a teaspoon of brie but the flavor was there so i wont smash them to hard on that. My partner's short rib was pretty good about what I'd expect from a steakhouse of similar price range. We finished with a shared mudslide which was beyond disappointment. In the ingredients list it states, kahlua, vanilla vodka, and baileys. I only detected cream which isnt even in the list. . . It was a sad $17 not to be missed.
Now onto the traveling French Fr

A great spot for a meal!
We went on a Tuesday afternoon in April. Not crowded at all.
The crunch wrap was really good. The meat was flavorful and juicy. The other ingredients were fresh.
The street taco pizza was surprisingly great. The consistency and texture of the bread/crust surely added a nice feel to each bite.
The fish and chips were amazing. The batter was crispy and well seasoned. The fish was juicy and tender.
Service was great and the drink selection is vast.
Would recommend!

Visited on 1/1/2026 while on a trip up to Salem, MA from Florida. Chose to eat here to meet up with a friend I hadn't seen since I was very young. The atmosphere was great and very homey, service was amazing our waiter was very attentive and helpful with ordering. The portions are amazing, the food is amazing, all around top tier place! They had no issues with me and my friends staying here for a little over 2 hours catching up and chatting. All in all a great place and highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak!

My husband and I had lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and ate outside because we had our dog, Dixie with us. I had the Caprese Sandwich on their own homemade foccia bread with sweet potato fries. My husband had a Rodeo Smash Burger with thick-cut fries. Both were amazing. Our server was sweet and the restaurant looked pretty cool, what we saw of it.
