One of the few places in Worcester where you can actually enjoy your time and pay fair prices ❤️❤️ Staff is super nice and I loved the amount of billiard tables they provide for customers. I’d go back in a heartbeat. *PSA: Don’t eat there unless you’re starving

If I could give 0 stars… I would. There was a young women working the night of April 22nd with curly brown hair. She was incredibly rude and hostile. My friends and I were having a good time. And she proceeded to tell us that is we kept up “laughing” that we would be kicked out. Mind you we were sitting in the Corning of the room, laughing and talking. When she approached us she said “you guys need to quiet down” to which I responded and said “sorry we’re just having a good time”. Then she proceeded to say “yeah it’s not the vibe we want to bring in here so if you proceed we’re going to kick you out”. I was very polite after her request and she proceeded to be unfriendly. This environment is not friendly . Not inviting.

With all the pandemic and anxiety going on, this a great spot to chill with friends. The evenings here are always so cool and unique. Great atmosphere, wonderful and smiling employees. Plenty of games to enjoy. The place feels safe and warm. Closes at 9.30pm, and the supervisors always keep clients aware of how soon they expect to close. My Saturday’s will always be accounted for here

Visited Shooters Bar & Billiards for the first time, and I’ve got to say—it was a great experience! I’m originally from Texas and love playing billiards, so I was excited to check this place out. The setup is impressive with plenty of pool tables, and the atmosphere was lively, especially on the weekend. It was pretty busy, but I only had to wait a few minutes for a table. They charge $20 per hour, which I found very reasonable for the quality and vibe of the place. I chatted with the front desk girl about tournaments—unfortunately, they’re not hosting any right now, but it’s definitely a spot I’d return to for casual games and good energy. Highly recommend if you’re into pool and looking for a fun spot to hang out!

I will say I’ve been here a couple of times, this place is great depending on who’s on staff though. My buddy had a little too much to drink and accidentally spilled a drink on a pool table and one of the skinny women came over with a crazy attitude saying we had to leave and giving a lot of attitude when we apologized for his spill and threatened to call the police while still being rude to us. I wish I knew her name but she was the most rude, the bartenders were super sweet and very quick with the drink orders. We never got any warnings for being too loud even though we were definitely laughing loudly most of the night but we were treated horribly by that woman and I really feel like she needs to work on her customer service. Really disappointed in the quality of this interaction we had, really felt very unprofessional.
