Cozy pub with a decent vibe in a quiet area by a lake. They have two dart boards and two pool tables. The onion rings were good but the fries were thin McDonalds style fries. I wish they served the thicker seasoned fries you get at some other pubs/taverns.

This is the type of place I would be come a regular at and looked promising online. Drove 30 minutes to check it out. Inside, my colleague and I both recently relocated to the area were greeted by the bartender who asked for our IDs. We’re clearly adults, both with beards and balding. She looked at our out-of-state licenses (Colorado and New Mexico), hesitated, then declined service. No verification, no questions, no scan. Just “Sorry, I can’t.” Another patron made political assumptions about us and took the IDS from the bartender to look himself. The young bartender later added we “looked like cops,” saying we were the second ones this week. The implication being: if you’re from out-of-state, you’re automatically suspect. To the owner: If your staff are turning away legal patrons based solley gut feeling, that’s a problem. I understand you reserve the right to serve anyone however she indicated you have served decoys. We did have real IDs.There are ways to verify. If undercover in-state decoys are getting served while real guests are denied, something’s backwards. YouTube is free. Smokers have to smoke outside but, people who vape can smoke inside. Also, men who are Gay go in the ladies room. Very uncomfortable. Said something and the bartender let them know what the problem was. That led to them attacking myself and my spouse. Uncomfortable and unacceptable. Never go there again.

1st time here .. welcoming crowd and server / bartender. So far so good... Anxious to see the nighttime feel. ,👍😄 The Lo Mein was fantastic.
