I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for three nights during a conference. The front desk and cleaning crew were incredibly friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel was conveniently located directly across from the convention center. They offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was a restaurant within the hotel itself. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff came daily to ensure the rooms stayed spotless. The toilet flusher required some effort to flush the bowl, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience and the water in the sinks drained quickly. As a precaution, I always check the seams of the mattress for any brown stains that could indicate bed bugs, but I didn’t find any during my stay. Overall, I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the hotel, great rooms, bar and lobby. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good AC. The bar was perfect to kill time and had plenty of board games and books. The pool table and corn hole were a fun touch. Had an issue with the TV but unplugged it and plugged it back in and it was fine. Love the elevator situation and the 24/7 snack bar. Parked with the Lot on D which was a right around the corner from the hotel. Valet is also available. For what we paid, I am beyond pleased with our experience. Good walking distance to great attractions.

We really loved our stay at Aloft by Marriott Boston Seaport District. From the beginning, the booking process was easy, and it was actually cheaper to book directly through the hotel than through a third-party website. I also liked that I was not charged until around the day of the stay, and the online check-in option was very convenient. They even send you a notification when your room is ready, which I thought was great. Our room was ready before 3:00 p.m., which was perfect because we arrived around 2:00 p.m. and were able to check in early. We did have a small issue with the key, but the front desk/reception staff handled it well. The staff overall was great, and I especially loved being greeted and helped by Black women at the front. That honestly made the experience feel even more welcoming and special 🫶🏽. We stayed in a two-queen room, and it was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the bathroom was nice, and the city view was absolutely beautiful. The view alone made the stay feel worth it! My only two issues were the AC and the ice machine. The AC works very well — maybe too well! In our room, it was facing directly toward one of the beds,

Honestly so disappointed with my recent stay at Aloft Boston. I paid over $2,000 for 3 nights and the quality was terrible. Moldy bathrooms, leaking walls/floors, outdated rooms, worn carpets, and overall just not well maintained at all. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms felt more like a slightly upgraded motel than a Marriott property. I was even moved to another room and it still wasn’t much better. I woke up every day exhausted and miserable, and one morning woke up with a swollen red teary eye. Between the moisture issues and overall condition of the rooms, it was honestly concerning. Nothing near the conference center was available, so I had no choice but to deal with it until the last day when I finally gave up and paid another $580 out of pocket for a different hotel that was in WAY better condition. I spoke with management during my stay and nothing was done. No refund for the last unused night, no real resolution, just “Marriott will reach out to you.” It’s now been almost a month since my stay and I’ve received ZERO communication. Definitely not worth the price I paid and not the experience I expected at all.

I planned my stay at Aloft to celebrate my graduation. I came here feeling very positive and optimistic. However, during my stay here, there were silly things that made it feel so unwelcome. The first night, I had no TV. Just completely not working. I called and reported this, and was left with: "We will send someone to fix it." Well, I went to bed and woke up with the TV still not working. I went to my graduation, came back, and the TV was working. Then stopped working. I spoke with the front desk to inform them of this, and I spoke with someone I thought was really helping me. I began preparing for my reservation at the Brazilian steakhouse at 8:45 pm. To realize, even though my bed was made - horrible room service by the way- there was no soap for me to take a shower. I had to bathe with shampoo. After eating, I went to the bar, then back upstairs to my room, only to find the TV was still not working. Called the front desk again, and then someone came to the room for the first time to let me know that if they had come earlier, I would have been able to get my TV fixed, but at this time, there was nothing to do!! This experience has been very overwhelming, even though it was supp
