Dylan did an excellent job today with routine maintenance of our hot tub. He was very pleasant and courteous. He did a fantastic job of servicing our hot tub, and we would highly recommend him!

The customer service experienced with them had been some of the worst I have ever seen. Just this week, had to have a tech out from waiting for parts that were supposedly ordered. However had I not called to confirm when they were coming no one would have come out. Tech comes out and just leaves, doesn’t let anyone know he is finished or what work was performed. Got in the hot tub and found out some of the work he was supposed to to do was not done…but again nothing was communicated regarding this. Attempted a call to the store and just get a recording that the person trying to reach is unavailable….at 4:00 on a Tuesday. Hours not updated to reflect any changes to normal hours. Update on this - they didn’t even fix the issue they were out for yet and still failed to let anyone know! We have had nothing but trouble with our hot tub and the service we have received is abysmal.

I believe I’ve had contact with every spa place in town and I am definitely impressed with the pool and spa store. Their schedule was packed but they made an extra effort to get my Jacuzzi running so my grandson could enjoy it! Brian taught me more about setting up chemicals and how to run the Jacuzzi. He replaced some lost/broken clips to hold the lid down and installed a lift so I can remove the top easily. I know that they’re really busy and I so appreciate the fact that they fit me in
