The Phoenix Bar & Lounge

I’ve been coming to Phoenix Bar & Grill for about five years and I honestly have never experienced customer service like we had tonight from Chef Takk. We ordered a custom vegetarian option with buffalo cauliflower over mac and cheese and it was AMAZING. Not only was the food incredible but the level of care and kindness stood out even more. He came out himself with a smile on his face to check on us multiple times made sure everything was perfect brought us extra sides of sauces for the table packaged our food personally and even surprised us with a little dessert treat. Also have to give a huge shoutout to bartender Nick because although this was our first time meeting Chef Takk after all these years Nick has truly been the face of the Phoenix to us. He’s always welcoming remembers people makes everyone feel comfortable and brings such a good energy every time we come in. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about their customers and it makes such a difference. You can tell when people genuinely take pride in what they do and that was absolutely the experience tonight. The food was delicious but the hospitality made it unforgettable. This was the only place I felt comfortable as a queer trans person during my first week visiting Vegas. I came for karaoke on Sunday and Thursday. The KJ Shiela is SUCH a sweetheart and immediately made me feel so welcome! The rest of the staff were also sweet. I was too shy to meet new people, but the crowd was joyous, kind, silly, supportive, and diverse - exactly the vibe I was looking for. Almost everyone who sang both nights were great singers?? Surprising and intimidating for karaoke but beautiful to listen to, and people cheered you on regardless. The interior decoration is really cool all the way to the bathroom. The potstickers are pretty and delicious. I wish I could copy-paste this karaoke experience to my city; I'll be back whenever I visit Vegas again!

Lovely, friendly, AWESOME place! My husband and I wanted to find "community" when we moved to this part of town, and I think we've found it...or have started to. The Phoenix is an unpretentious, fun, laid-back, full-service establishment. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, as well as low-priced! How do they make so many different dishes so well??!! Drinks are awesome, and the Happy Hour lasts for six hours, six days a week! The staff really knows how to make you feel welcome and at home, but I have to give a special shout-out to HUNTER! Not only is he cute and hot, he REALLY knows his stuff and makes us feel valued. That he's funny as hell is an added bonus. There's lots of different events and happenings almost daily, but hubby and I go early for Happy Hour and great food...because we're old! I don't know how they do what they do, so well, but the entire operation at The Phoenix deserves ten stars. I'm so glad we found this gem so close to home. (By the way, even CYNDI LAUPER knows how good this place is...she's dropped by twice in the last week alone, once even singing karaoke!)

Absolutely the best bar in town for all walks of life. Primarily an LGBTQIA+ establishment, but all are welcome. Owners, bartenders, and other staff are stellar and welcoming. The atmosphere is fantastic, events are amazing, food is delicious, and you will always have a great time. The entertainers are are all super sweet and talented. Highly recommended.

My favorite place Keyska Diva is amazing she always puts On a fantastic show! Last time we went during the Neon thingy it was so fabulously fun and amazing and the humans who work there are always amazing! I adore them
