Griffs Bar and Billiards

Ashley was a great waitress. She was very attentive and always in a good mood. She closed the table for us which I thought was really helpful and was able to split the table for us between three people. The atmosphere was incredible. The music is good. the temperature is perfect. Everything is very spacious and clean the bathrooms yes Could’ve been a little cleaner. I really enjoy myself whenever I visit Griff’s. We had gone to a different pool hall earlier and it just didn’t compare. The pool hall was very hot and we could not access any tables. It was a no-brainer to head over to Griff’s. Food was a B shrimp over cooked fries perfect drinks perfect 🤩

This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, largely due to the owner’s dismissive and unfriendly demeanor. Rather than greeting guests or creating a hospitable environment, there was an air of indifference that set the tone for the entire visit. Unfortunately, the service only deteriorated from there. Our server was inattentive to an unacceptable degree, despite politely trying to get their attention multiple times to place our order, we were repeatedly overlooked. Tables that arrived after us were served promptly, while we were left waiting for an extended period with little to no acknowledgment. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience rather than valued patronage. When service did eventually arrive, there was no apology for the delay, nor any effort to rectify the situation. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was striking. Dining out should be an enjoyable and relaxing experience, but this was instead frustrating and frankly disrespectful. I've been all over Vegas playing pool and the food and atmosphere are for all ages. Bring your family or friends here if you are ever in town for some fun playing pool 🎱 😉.

I was visiting with my coach.. I came from arizona. He flew in from philadelphia. The service was top notch. We shot from 9am until 6pm ( both days ) .... The servers came around alot ... We didn't have to wait on them.. But they were definitely taking care of us.. Thank you.. we will be back again next year. 🎱 🐸👍

You'll find a ton of pro players here. Food and service was good. Girl shooting is 16 yrs old and a pro already!
