The location for NJ, NYC is great, but this hotel isn't my favorite in the area. I stay here often for the past few years for work.
For at least a year, there are always beetles in rooms. I complained last year and am surprised to still see them.
The water leaking under the tile floor that squishes up when you walk around the bathroom is gross.
Last month the water kept shutting off in the shower everyday.
The beds and furniture are mostly fine.
This hotel could use a deep clean and refresh. The aesthetic is fine for solo travel. I don't stay in these with my wife the rooms are not comfortable and lack basic privacy.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Tatiana and Carolyn. Throughout my stay, they were warm, amiable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time there. Their attention to detail really stood out—they didn’t just handle the basics, they noticed the little things that make a stay feel personal and comfortable.
What impressed me most was how naturally they went above and beyond. They asked thoughtful questions to understand what would complement my experience and shared helpful information about amenities I might have overlooked. It never felt forced; they simply wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
Because of their customer-focused approach and professionalism, my stay was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Tatiana and Carolyn are the kind of team members who truly elevate the guest experience. I really appreciate them.
Be sure to recognize staff that are moving the brand forward!

We had a very frustrating stay at this hotel.
Our room was connected to another room, and unfortunately the guests next door were extremely loud late at night — blasting the TV at a very high volume and having long, loud phone conversations. Even after the TV volume went down, the phone calls continued for a long time. While I personally don’t sleep early and my baby can sleep through almost anything, my older child (a pre-teen) was unable to fall asleep due to the noise.
I contacted the front desk, and they did help us switch rooms. However, since the hotel was fully booked, we were moved to a smaller room. Unfortunately, the new room faced the street, and there was constant noise from trucks and traffic throughout the night. It was slightly better than the previous situation, but still far from restful.
The most difficult part was having to pack up and move everything late at night by myself while traveling with two kids, including a baby.
I understand that noisy neighbors are sometimes unavoidable, but the sound insulation in this hotel is really disappointing. Overall, it was a stressful and uncomfortable experience.

I love staying in this hotel and I frequent it very often. I noticed that it is going down and I'm. Disappointed. The rooms are clean but the furniture is filthy. Stains looks very nasty on the couch and throw away those yellow ottermans
And the carpet. While at it the furniture in the lobby too. Please do not let this hotel fall into the Red roof category. It's a nice place in a great location

Hotel is nice close to spots to eat. Front desk is nice . Only complaint is no privacy the bathroom is part of room, If someone opens the door or walks by they see you. Rather than that loved my stay for my family vacation to New York.
