Barfly

I happened upon Barfly accidentally and it must have been kismet because I cannot recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service, lovely female owner, great food menu and incredible cocktails — even homemade sangria! They have many TVs showing all kinds of sports and I was able to watch the Olympics with the commentary on. The vibe is friendly, casual and homey. They apparently have a patio for spring/summer too, which I look forward to checking out later on when it’s warmer. Absolutely recommend this bar to anyone looking for a good meal or drink (or both) while watching sports.

Had such a great time here. The bartenders are amazing — friendly, attentive, and keep the energy going all night. The place is always so alive with great people, and the music somehow always turns into everyone singing together. Such a fun, feel-good atmosphere with an incredible vibe every time. Definitely one of those spots you always want to come back to. Exceptional bar tender Anthony always keeping lit alive !

This is genuinely the best bar in NYC. From the vibes to the staff (and the mozzarella sticks), it’s a great time every single time. Want to shout out Josh as he’s been a day 1 since we’ve walked in the place. Sad to see him go but the Barfly family is the best!

Impeccable vibes! It’s your favorite dive with shockingly good food, a pool table (people take their pool seriously here) and great drinks. the staff are also so welcoming. 10/10
