Ange Noir Cafe

I was visiting New York for a week and I came back here three times cause I loved it so much. Very low-key vibes, free wifi, a great spot to get some work done. The service was great the coffee even better. The breakfast and lunch were great. The lavender latte was the selling point for me as that's my favourite latte flavour. I got it hot the first time and then iced the other two times. They made it perfectly half sweet every time. The ange breakfast plate was the perfect plate with a balance of protein, sourdough toast and fruit. It was a great way to start my days in NY. One day I ordered the avocado toast thing and I didn't quite like that one as it was not what I was expecting. It was french toast with avocado, sunny side egg, and some honey drizzled on top and some chilli flakes. I wasn't expecting a soft bread so I think that kind of threw me off. Highly recommend the lavender latte, and the ange plate for breakfast.

I ordered a $14 wrap. It took 30 minutes. More lettuce than sustenance. I wish I wouldn't just walked into a bodega. Staff was nice but service was minimal. Coffee was fine but I had to go get more. I would've rather just not wasted my time or money.

I never review places from where I order but this time I have to. I love this place and till today has been my number one to place an order from. I don’t know what happened but I was shocked when I received my food. It was missing almost everything inside the wrap and the crepe I have no words to describe it. I order deluxe burrito with salmon and I got a wrap with arugula and scrambled eggs.

Cozy nice place to have coffee or tea. Food is also good! I will visit next time 100%!

Coffee and space were great! Hidden gem. However sandwich wasn’t saucy enough and the crepe smelled like eggs.
