We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and were very happy with the entire property. Rooms were clean, practical, and larger than expected. Rooms on higher floors facing north have a great view of the Brooklyn skyline. The basement had some very nice amenities that we enjoyed thoroughly such as the pool table, ample workspace and freeflowing coffee. Breakfast was also served there and had reasonable options, though the serving time ended a bit early for my habits (9:30am on weekdays). There was a small store with very good options for reasonable prices (still hotel prices, but not much more than the bodega nearby). Location was good, with easy access to the D, N, R, and W lines, as well as fun bars, like one we thoroughly enjoyed called Gowanus Gardens very few steps away. Staff was very helpful and nice. I can't comment on the room rate because I work at another Hilton and get very good discounts. I noticed some minor inconveniences which seem like easy improvements to be made, such as the color of the lightbulbs in the rooms, the lack of variety in fruits at breakfast (apples and mandarines were avilable, but bananas and other cheap, single serving fruit would be nice) the toilet r

Good hotel! Very welcoming and friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The comforter on my bed was a size too small but they fixed it same day when I brought it up to the front desk.

Close to subway connection at 4th and President St. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, yogurt, a pancake machine, hot sausage, bacon, eggs, a variety of creamer and non dairy milks for coffee and tea. Hotel has a microwave in lobby only but room has a mini fridge. Ice and water machine are down in basement where Breakfast is held. Hotel touts hot coffee and water available 24/7 to guests but the coffee was not hot or refilled consistently in the evenings. Room was attended to daily, which was great. We loved the Not Soap, Radio brand lemon sugar body and hans wash and lotion so much that we ordered from the company for home use. However, the dispensers are hard to squeeze if someone has hand arthritis or weakness like myself. Toilet paper holder is also placed very faraway from the toilet seat. Odd? The room itself is very quiet and we liked the thermostat and the heating system which was also very quiet. The hotel is not far from picturesque Park Slope neighborhood. A very nice stay.

So honest review but this was by far the most best affordable and nice hotel I’ve stayed at. It was so worth it. The rooms are really nice, they provide cleaning everyday and services. And the rooms and even bathroom are not dirty or “ghetto” It’s honestly so good if you’re also on budget. The workers here are so nice and loving. They are willing to help you out whenever and whatever. They have a play room and it’s pretty chill and even have breakfast in the morning. I feel like this review isn’t even enough to explain how it was good. Thank you for making my New York trip amazing!
