Everyone at Atlantic has been fantastic to work with! I'm brand new to playing pool and was looking for a table and all the accessories I might need. Anthony in sales was remarkably informative about everything Billiards related. I thought the table and accessories were very fairly priced. The scheduling coordinator Dave was prompt and easy to work with. Kyle that came out and completed the install was phenomenal. He even came out because my table settled to re-level it. I can not speak highly enough about the customer service the entire team provided. Shout out to Alan and the always pleasant receptionist routing my calls. Thanks Atlantic team! I highly recommend.

I purchased my Caldera spa from AS&B in 2021 and had zero issues until this January. While doing my weekly check up, I had changed the salt cartridge, then It began to display 'Error 5' that wouldn't resolve despite my DIY troubleshooting—including water adjustments, new test strips, another new salt cartridge and a filter change. I called the service department and spoke with Lisa, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me in my troubleshooting. After several failed suggestions, we scheduled a tech visit. Steven arrived the next day, ready to help, even though it was pouring the rain down. (Note, the spa is not covered, however he didn't seem to mind getting wet...) After testing the motherboard and main components, he found a disconnected power cable inside the cabinet leading to the salt cartridge. Once he connected it back, the system cleared the error and began to read the salt levels again! He suggested that it could have become loose due to several years of use, pumps running, vibrations, etc. He fixed it quickly and was extremely courteous throughout the visit and actually taught me a few things about the hot tub I did not know! I highly recommend their service team! BZ

I recently had my pool table recovered and it looks amazing. The installers showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me to arrive home. They leveled and smoothed the table on the seams and did a fantastic job. They were a little higher priced than some of the other companies I looked at but feel it was really worth it. Would highly recommend them.
