Longshank's Billiards

Been here twice, first time was pretty cool. Second time however, bartender decided to try to belittle me for the drink I got, and then didn't even know how to make it right. Criticized that I called it a John Collins instead of a Tom Collins (if you actually know the history of the drink, it is referred to by two different names based off of the type of gin you use and time it was; pre/post prohibition, Tom Collins being old Tom's gin) then she proceeded to try and "educate" me and list off what's in the drink, just to list that it has lime in it when it in fact has lemon. She basically made me a very shitty mojito with gin minus the mint. It's okay though, that's why she was working at the short shank and not the long shank. Awesome pool and atmosphere, great social spot. Response to owner: it was back on May 3rd when I was visiting some buddies in town. The lady had a few tattoos on her arms, black hair, and glasses. Me and my buddy just happened to be talking about it earlier and he recommended that I leave a review. It really was a surprise to receive that kind of service, as the first time I was there I had a different bartender that was really polite and friendly.

Quiet little hole in the wall. Got to relax and play pool without worrying about others. Bartender was a sweetheart. Decor was old, worn and well loved. We had a blast.
