Bought a 410$ pool cue from them… I was mislead by the bartender/front desk person while buying the cue about a warranty that the manufacturer would honor warping… pool cue was 5 months old….
I called and informed them they were misleading customers by telling customers about the products they are selling…
On the phone I said I don’t think I’ll ever buy another product from you guys and the person on the phone said!!!!! “PERFECT”
How does that sound to a long time customer after saying okay I won’t ever buy anything again while being a long time customer and whoever on the phone just says “perfect” like okay….my business means nothing then.
Disappointing. Phil you know my number you got it call me man this wasn’t cool regardless of the shaft it cost 145$ for a replacement.
I don’t want to give you a low score I actually like this place but man this wasn’t cool…. I was mislead.
My shaft is warped… it’s kept in a case and I knew something was wrong months after playing with it I’m missing easy shots.
What sucks for you now is your business is labeled as a “lemon” the cues someone buys and are mislead on what the warranties are makes people suspicious of your business… Especial

Best spot to come around for some pools. enough pool tables they have to side one for minors & 21& up section, so it makes it better knowing it won't be packed for the 21& up section like yes it'll be full of people but last few times I've come on good days most tables are still available. Also like they serve food & drinks here.

I love the place and the people around. I play snooker and hoping to become a professional player soon. There we have three halls altogether. Secluded hall for underages and two other for adults. The third hall is a recent add up which is ideal for playing snooker.
I wish and kindly suggest that the management dedicate the small hall for two standard snooker tables alone for which we have a lot of snooker players and snooker will soon get popular in the US. Also, if the could work on a new app for their members to get online appointments done and probably put their cues on sale online could be very lucrative for the business. 🙏
