I am so impressed with the customer service and expertise from Leon's billiards and more. They deserve more than a 5star rating and I would refer them to anyone I know. Chris was very informative and answered any questions I had without making me feel like he was pushing to make a sale. He went above beyond as a salesperson. The day before delivery day, Chris called to verify our purchase and run through everything we had talked about to make sure we were on the same page. I even spoke with his brother Mike a little bit as well at the home show, and he too was very knowledgeable and I appreciate everything they helped us with. On delivery day, Corey called to verify the timeframe and ask questions to be prepared for the job. He came with another insteller Justin and they were friendly and considerate. They took care in making sure the product was brought in careful and put together but the whole process went together with ease. He carefully took measurements to make sure the table was in the correct spot. Once the install was complete he took his time to make sure the ball rolled straight and the table was level. We purchased a table from Leon's in December and the experience was fantastic. Mike, the owner, was very patient as my wife and I asked questions and tried to decide what we wanted (or could agree on). The guys delivered and installed the table a couple of days later and were very courteous and professional. Afterwards there was one small detail we weren't completely happy with and Mike sent the guys back a couple of days later to take care of it. Our experience at Leon's was great. It was the kind of personalized, well-informed interaction that you can't get from a big box store. If you're looking for a pool table, shuffleboard, or similar I highly recommend Leon's.

Highly recommended. We went in to look at pool tables. They had a lot of options in stock and you can pick the felt color. The sales person was nice and helpful. They threw in a lot of upgrades and accessories at no extra cost. They were flexible with our delivery date because we wanted to wait over a month before delivery. On the day of delivery, the delivery person called when he was on his way and to let us know and to make sure we were ready. The delivery/setup people were nice and professional. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. They even gave us cues of different length because they knew we had a couple of places that would require shorter sticks.

I would leave a 6 star review if I could. Not only was our sales experience great, nice selection, good conversations, answered all questions, but didn’t feel pressured, the installation process was fantastic. After we were all set up and played for an evening we decided we need to adjust the table location. We called the find out the best way to do this ourselves, they went above and beyond and stopped back out to move the table and re-level! We live close by, but this was still top notch! Highly recommend!!!

Wanted to buy my sons a pool table for the holidays. As usual, I was in full last-minute mode as Christmas approached. Called store where I live in the South Hills and basically was told to come into store and they'd see what they could do. Called Leon's and got Chris on the phone. He asked for photos of the space where the table was going to go and then sent me photos of options he thought would work. I went in a day or so later to make the final pick and Chris told me that he had reserved me a spot to have the table installed on the 23rd so it would be there for the holidays. I cannot recommend Leon's enough -- for anyone in the South Hills like me, it is worth the drive to Wexford for the service and friendliness.
