Buffalo Billiards

We came here shortly after they opened on a Friday so we had the place to ourselves. It had a very cool vibe, great options for sitting/standing in between games or if you’re just a spectator. We talked about how fun this place would be in the evenings or during football season. The person I was with said they had decent food so we were planning to get an app or two to share, but the selection of food was surprisingly slim so it’s something to keep in mind. The prices for food and drink seemed reasonable, although we were shocked to later discover that we had been charged a $2 additional charge because I ordered my whiskey neat. That is perhaps the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Why would someplace charge more for a drink that is the fastest drink to serve and requires no mixers or even ice as an extra expense?? That didn’t make sense at all and honestly felt a bit shady. Overall though it’s a fun place with a cool vibe.

We stopped by for drinks with no expectations and had a really great time. If you’re going on a date or just hanging out with friends I would definitely recommend this place. They had plenty of pool tables, darts, and other games to play like basketball. The menu is actually on the wall so you don’t have to wait for a waiter or waitress to figure out what you want and the prices were extremely reasonable considering where this place is located. The pizza was delicious and I got a Cesar salad with a couple of beers. Drafts were good too. 10/10.

Great bar. $1 to play each of the games; billiards, darts, basketball, shuffleboard. The food is good too, takes a minute but is good bar food. Great vibes.

Super fun spot! Gets understandably busy on the weekends, so if you are trying to play pool definitely come early. Atmosphere is great though! Sort of expensive to play shuffle board, I paid around $10 for a half hour.

In Philly for the night and was looking for a sports bar to watch the games and have a few drinks. I found Buffalo Billiards via google maps and man was it phenomenal!! The place is EVERYTHING that you want a sports bar to be, good food, good drinks, great prices, amazing energy, good music, plenty of tv’s (with all the games on), and the service was next level! Our server Nadine is a rockstar! She was attentive, prompt, friendly and just great! If you are looking for a spot to to chill or watch games…Buffalo Billiards is IT!
