This was absolutely one of the most enjoyable buying experiences ever! Joe was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Delivery and set up were flawless. I left for work in the morning with an empty room and arrived home to a new pool room that is the new family meeting spot. I couldn't be happier with the table or the overall experience. Joe and his worker were great to work with. They disassembled an Olhausen table I purchase on FB Marketplace, transported it to our house, and reassembled/re-felted it. They worked so efficiently they looked like robots. 😄 On top of that they had very competitive pricing and more availability than a nearby competitor. Finally making good use of our almost never used dining room!

Ok. Another company told me that my table had a peice of bad slate that is why they could not level it. Joe and one of his technicians came and disassembled the table and reassembled it correctly and it is dead on level. These guys have earned all my business. Super knowledgeable. Joe is a straight up and honest guy that knows his stuff. The technician he had with him was also great. If you have anything billiard related, these are the guys to use!!!!

I had dealt with an unprofessional company in the past, so I was definitely cautious going into this. Billiards Sales and Service came out to refelt my pool table and check everything over, and they really came through. The guy was super professional, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, took his time, and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Compared to my last experience with that other company, this was a huge difference. I’d definitely recommend him if you want the job done the right way.
