810 Billiards & Bowling - Greenville

This was one of my favorite spots but sadly that is no longer the case. I’ve been several times over the last year and the service is terrible. This past Saturday was the last time; I will not be back. They are unorganized, unprofessional, unconcerned, and horribly under staffed!!! It took close to an hour for me to get my food. I ordered an 810 Crush that never came and White Tea shots that came after the food. Our sweet server tried her best. It was her FIRST day, a SATURDAY NIGHT and she was the only server covering the lanes. It was taking so long to get my drink I went to the bar to place an order… the bartender just looks at you and walks away. No one at the bar is welcoming or friendly. If you don’t appreciate my money I know how to take it elsewhere.

I used to love this place. But about a year ago I believe they changed management and I’ve had issues ever since. I used to be a regular here because the music is typically good, the environment is chill and the games are nice. However, the past 5-6 times I’ve been, my partner and I waited at least 40 minutes of the hour we had planned to stay there for before we could even get something to drink. Even if I wanted something to eat it wouldn’t have mattered. It doesn’t matter if I go when they’re busy or when they’re dead. It doesn’t matter what table I’m at. I’ve had to hunt down a server. I’ve been here when there were no other customers in the building and had to hunt down management just to get a drink. There’s no excuse for that. They had been open for a few hours and were running around as if they opened 5 minutes prior. The last 3 times I’ve been I left before the hour that I paid for was even complete out of complete dissatisfaction and annoyance. Tonight I watched as 2 waistresses walked right past my table and then served 2 other tables right beside me. My partner had to walk to the other side of the building to the bar to order something to drink. Customer service is t

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! As a group, my girlfriends and I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions for our girl's night out and birthday's. I must say, our last 2 visits have been anything but pleasant. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. However, the service is HORRIBLE!! Very understaffed!! There was only one server taking care of all lanes and it was her 1st time ever being a server and it was on a busy Saturday night. She was the sweetest and we were very understanding and patient because we knew it was her 1st time. It took forever to get our food and even longer for our drinks. The soda fountain was down. The drinks from the bar was SUPER strong and very hard to drink. A few of us had to literally walk to the bar and ask for extra juices to be added so that we could finish them. As a whole, we have decided that we will not be going back to this establishment in the future!

It was extremely unorganized. The service took forever. I sat at the bar and waited on my drink for 40 minutes. I sat at the bar with 3 friends I paid for my drink and friends drink. My other friend went to pay for her drink and the bar tender told her not to worry about it I guess he left and the assistant manager said I had to pay for it when the bar tender said that it was in the house. I told them that it was completely unacceptable because they were not organized and I waited for so long the assistant manager then proceeded to say he would give me 2 free shots next time I come instead of accepting responsibility on their end. I’ve been multiple times before and the service is always slow but this time it was awful and I won’t be back The manager a woman or Assist manager a man seemed not to care. The proceeded to say they called the bar tender and he did not answer. Before the incident happened I had already been rung up for other food and drinks I ordered so why not say something then and wait until I walked out the door . The assistant manager even mentioned going to fight the cook because he was taking so long with my friends wings. Idk if they were under staffed tonig

Nice atmosphere. They had DJ john, who was playing different genres of music. Got honey obay wings, but didn't taste the obay just honey, but they were still good overall. Forgot to take a picture of food this time.
