Went yesterday to buy my daughter her 1st what I would call serious cue the staff was super friendly and the guy that was running the shop waited on me and my husband to get there. Thank you for helping me pick out a cue perfect for her. I’ll add a photo of her first pool tournament using it as soon as she breaks her first rack with her breaker and makes the first shot with her new one. Thank you so much it was much appreciated. Paid for new rails for my table. Total was $450 for the rails and I was told install would be another $100. I bought the rails in July of 2024. I have reached out to this company many times and every time they say they will check on the order and get back with me. Well I haven’t heard anything and it’s been 7 months. Very disappointed that I never received anything for how much I spent. I’m willing to change this review if the problem is ever resolved but until then I will assume it was a scam.

Such a waste of time and gas. I was excited about buying a new pool table. I checked the website 12/29 said they are open Noon - 6:00. I drove an hour and got there at 12:30. There was a sign on the door that said be back at 3:00 with a phone number. I called and got a recording, left a voicemail figuring someone would want to come by and sell a new table. I went and got lunch ran some errands .. an hour later still no call. As of 9:00AM the next day still no call .I will be visiting A Plus in paducah for my table.

Had an old tip fall apart shooting next door, so I go next door to buy a tip to put on myself, was charged 32 dollars for 2 lepro tips that cost 30 dollars for a BOX OF 50. Literally robbed me of 30 bucks because I didn’t know the market price of lepros, absolutely criminal. Will report to BBB as well, absolutely inexcusable. And to think I bought this cue there 14 years ago, will never bring any business here ever again, absolute thieves.

My pool stick has been there for almost 2 months for a tip I haven't had a call back every time I go in there and ask they don't know what's going on, I've talked to the bartenders there and given them my number and told them to call me multiple times I'm a regular at night deposit this is unacceptable treatment to the people who keep your business going
