Skinny Bob's Billiards & Sports Bar

By far the best equipment in the Austin area. The owners really seem to take pride in their tables, lights, etc, more so than any pool hall in Austin. The wait staff/bar staff is also very friendly which should make this a 5/5 experience but the indoor smoke is too much for me and unfortunately it's become a deal-breaker :(

vibes are high, staff is great, best bar food I’ve had in my entire life. The chicken wrap changed me as a person. Every single waitress here is a gem. Great place to play pool or just catch a vibe.

Miss Amanda was our guide, our host and our server. She was friendly, knowledgable and amazing. The table had the best felt and the best lighting I’ve ever shot on in Texas. The food was amazing! My boyfriend and I had a great experience! Thank you so much!

I went there with my friend and he was already drunk. Bartender told him that not serve alcohol to him, I helped him to go home because we are leaving 5 mins away.. When I turned bac, old bartender lady assume that I was throwing up in rest room 😂😂😂 I did not go to restroom, they have to stop smoking weed at work… if you will hire some people please hire smart ones and also good ones…We waited 15 mins to someone talk with us.

I am an avid pool player to provide perspective of my review. This is a great pool hall! Tables = excellent, top notch. About half of their tables have a floor height change from one end of the table to another but it was easy to adjust. Service=ok, no waitress so you need to go to the bar and order each time (it was a Sunday). Bartender is great! Atmosphere= Smokey, if you are not a smoker expect to deal with smoke affecting you, your clothes will smell like an ashtray after you leave. They say they have smoke eaters/filters but they don't really work that well as you can see the smoke hanging in the air. I didn't get to try the food but will be back in the future for sure.
