This company has excellent customer service. My pool table was leveled but done incorrectly the first time. I wrote a review about and they reach out to me. They set up another appointment and fixed the situation. Communication was excellent and customer service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this company.

Awesome service! I called ahead to see if I could get my cue tip repaired the same day since I live kind of far. The guy there said yes—it only took 10 minutes, and I was out the door. He did a very good job, and I’m very happy with the service. I will definitely be coming back again.
