Main Event Katy

I decided to go to Main Event for my birthday this year because I have young kids and thought they would have fun. We spent over $200 for some food, bowling, and some games. We usually go to Andretti but wanted to let the kids try bowling, so we chose y’all. The staff were so rude with no customer service skills whatsoever. We waited almost 20 minutes just to sign up for bowling on a weekday with barely anyone there. There was one family ahead of us who had a problem with something that required the only two staff members up there to both handle, with one just standing there doing nothing. We almost walked out then and really wish we would have. We were bowling with almost every other lane in the place open and someone who worked there came up and asked if we were using the kids ramp and then proceeded to move it where we couldn’t get to the bowling balls and it was blocking our lane and then just walked away. What was the purpose of this? It was not in the way of anyone or anything and the guy was just rude, he literally went out of his way to be rude and accomplish nothing. I went to Main Event in Katy and had such a great time. The service was awesome and everything was fast and easy. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The whole place was clean and had a fun, exciting vibe.shoutout to Todd and Sam, they were super nice and helped us out a lot. They really made the visit better. I would for sure come back again. If you want a fun place to go with friends or family, you should definitely come here!

Great birthday party, started with an hour of bowling, then pizza and burgers followed by video games. Kids are having a blast and the employees have been enjoyable. Happy to BEE here. Kids are having so much fun!

I had an amazing experience at Main Event! The bowling was so much fun, with perfectly maintained lanes and a great atmosphere. The arcade was a blast, offering a variety of games that kept everyone entertained for hours. Our party hostess Frankie was exceptional, she was making sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. And the food? Absolutely delicious! From appetizers to entrees, everything was cooked to perfection and really hit the spot. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for fun, great service, and tasty food. Frankie thank you so much for your helping us with my daughter’s birthday party. My daughter was very happy and had lots of fun.

My son and I had an amazing visit tonight. The human crane was SO much fun- thank you Avery for keeping him safe on the ride! Elliot provided us with outstanding service when we had difficulty with a game. Elliot was also so nice and enthusiastic about his work his happy demeanor really fit the vibe of the arcade. We also met another amazing team member, Dylan who was greeting all the guests to make sure they were having a great night. Overall tonight was a fantastic way to start our spring break. We look forward to coming back soon!
