I ordered a Brand New Cuetec 12.5 Shaft as a birthday gift. Paid for 2 day delivery. Wasn’t shopped for 2 days, when the shaft did arrive. The plastic was cut open, the box was also cut open.the box label says 10.5 with a sharpie over it saying 12.5 3/8 10. When I took the shaft out to inspect it. The tip looks a little low but newly reshaped. When I call customer service. The lady said all they can do, is send me a return label and refund my money. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and she says she is the manager and there is no one there above her level??? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Unless it’s in person!never know what you’re going to get!

We got a hand me down pool table for Christmas and needed new cue sticks. Saturday was my first time in a billiards store and I was overwhelmed by the options. Fortunately, Robert was there and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He answered a million beginner level questions. Walked me through comparing dozens of different sticks and trying out three on their demo table. Took extra time to answer my questions about accessories and technology differences. There were a dozen people in the store and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had seen in a month. Ended up buying a break cue and a couple of entry level two piece cues. Already seeing a huge difference in my performance and that of my two sons. This is definitely my one and only store for future billiards purchases.
