Just had our new hot tub installed. Couldn't be more happy. We bought it a month after buying a sauna from Take a Break. Matt and the team were so great to work with. Spent so much time with us before install helping us get ready for the hot tub. After install took time to go over every detail of getting it set up and ready to use. Could not recommend Matt and Take a Break more. Will be a customer for life.

Had a very complicated situation that I had to work through regarding the warranty on our spa. Matt, our salesman, went the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of even when there wasn’t an easy solution. Shopped around at several places when searching for the perfect pool table and found Take A Break to be the best! The service at this location was extremely personable and zero-pressure. The pool table expert, Lanny, went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience for my family. Lanny spent hours with me until I got exactly what I wanted. The installation guys were super professional and polite. They even came back a week later for a courtesy re-leveling after the carpet settled a bit. This pool table will remain in my family for a very long time. I will continue to do business with Lanny and this store.

We recently bought a hot tub from Ryan at Take A Break and can’t recommend him and the company enough! From meeting us in Springville on his day off to taking the time to help us find the perfect tub, he was amazing all the way through the process. Everyone at the company was so helpful and friendly. We’re so happy with everything and would definitely buy from them again.

Jeff, Jordan and Mathew delivered my Jacuzzi tub and did a great job. They dismantled and removed my old tub and did some necessary additional site work before placing the new tub. Matt has been a good manager/salesman along with Eric. I'm counting on them to continue to provide this level of service if needed. Thanks guys.
