I’m not usually the type to leave bad reviews, but when someone messes with my money, there’s a problem. I visited on May 11, 2026 and my original bill was $16.96. Two days later, I checked my bank account and noticed a fraudulent charge totaling $46.96. After contacting management, I was sent a copy of the receipt showing a $30 tip added and a signature that was not mine. I did not authorize a $30 tip or sign that receipt. Management advised me to go through the dispute process with my bank because the tip would need to be retrieved through payroll. Unfortunately, my bank was unable to dispute the charge because it was under $50. I asked management about another way to resolve the issue and never received a response, so now I’m stuck with the charge. Really disappointing situation overall. Just be careful checking your bank statements after visiting.

Longshots Billiards in Charles Town is such a great spot — easily one of the most fun and welcoming places around. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, making it the perfect place to shoot pool, grab a drink, and hang out with friends. Matte, the owner, is awesome — genuinely friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about creating a place where everyone feels at home. You can tell he’s built something special here, and it shows in the vibe, the service, and the crowd it attracts. If you’re anywhere near Charles Town, Longshots is an absolute must-visit. Great energy, great people, and a guaranteed good time every visit!

Hubby and I went to have lunch and play pool. They have several tables. Place is clean, food is great... we got wings and pretzels. Great family pub feel.

They have great affordable food. We love the bartenders.

Wasn’t able to try the food, although the gentleman next to my was eating wings and they looked normal and smelled of vinegar drowned sauce hot. The happy hour drinks specials are stellar! A domestic and a vodka soda(small) we’re $5.50!!! This place is pretty big with approximately 4 or 5 pool tables. It smelled of fried food in the air. Will be attending more happy hours here!
