Terrible customer relations USPS official will tell you that they are open from 9 AM until 2 PM on Saturdays and official communications regarding Package pick up their direct phone line answering service which is the only thing that you will ever hear because no one answers the phone will also tell you they're open from 9 AM until 2 PM on Saturdays they are not and apparently have not been for a long long time and they will tell you with an attitude how they are not going to help you and they do not care that the information is wrong. They clearly have no reason to care about this job

Had an issue with a package going from facility to facility (bad barcode maybe?). Was directed here from the Meadowbrook post office. Was a little hole in the wall but the staff was super nice and helpful! Really appreciate them and all they do!

I'm very grateful to that lady. Regardless of her job, she patiently explained how to find the way to get the package that was delivered to me in the wrong place. She also patiently explained the problem to the staff at headquarters.

If I could give zero I would this place is poorly managed and something needs to be done about it. I had a mail courier that lied over and over and said I wasn’t getting my mail out of my mail box for 8 weeks. And would send my mail back but that was far from the truth. I would check my mail at least every other day. At bare minimum once a week. I would never leave my mail in the mail box for more than a week. This courier kept sending my mail back to sender. And when I talked to the manager of the facility he was unprofessional and tried to make it seem like it was me and the mail courier who had a problem which each other I didn’t know that courier to have that much of a problem. And to add the courier that substituted for our regular mail courier lost my package that was over 200 dollars. That was after weeks spent trying to track down the mail and this place never answering the phone.So no it’s not a personal issue. It’s an issue with mail couriers being allowed to do what they want and the manager here not caring and defending them. This place should be shut down. So people can get retrained and they need a better manager.

I don’t enjoy bashing company’s but by far some of the worst service I’ve ever had they will lose your package and get mad at you that they lost it. I hope this get this governments attention and they fire the whole faculty.Also if you call enjoy 40minutes to a hour down the drain with a side order of attitude and bitterness. If you call at 12:30 on a Friday and hear a lady with attitude just hang up she’s no bueno at her job
