When I visited the store to design my recreation game room, Mark was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I had been looking for a stick for a while and just couldn't find anything that I really wanted. My husband and I found this place and decided to stop in to see their selection of cues. This place had a very nice array of choices with prices for everyone. I was able to find a stick that I really liked and Mark was a awesome representative for the store. We shot a few balls and he gave me pointers on my stance and was very helpful with other items I needed outside just my cue. He wasn't pushy at all and very personable gave us an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this store and if Mark is there you're in for a treat.

Rusty (owner) and Chris were totally rad! I’ve been eyeing a standup arcade for a while. I went in a couple of times to play around with their arcades, and they were welcoming and helped me come up to speed on all arcades in their store, as well as arcades in general so I could make an informed decision. When I decided to go with a Diamondback Billiards arcade, they were absolutely awesome in helping me pick the right one for my family, configure it, and arrange for white glove delivery service.
