We shipped an antique Brunswick pool table from Michigan to Sequoia Billiards for installation in San Francisco. Raphael was fantastic to work with. One of the aprons was scratched in transit. Raphael was able to repair the damaged apron like it never happened. Raphael is a true professional. The pool table looks and plays perfectly!! I have 30 years in the billiard industry. Needing to replace missing tips for pool sticks and an 8 ball was a fun challenge. Found this store nearby and they were great. They had the items to fix the sticks and able to play again. It is a neat store for nostalgia of old pool halls, service was nice too.

Excellent, professional service is what this family-run business has to offer. As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted by the gentleman who I would assume is the owner and asked what it was I needed - I went here to look at and buy some darts accessories which they also offer. He then turned me over to his daughter who also gave a warm welcome, and after she answered my first question it was evident that she, much like her dad; know what the store has and what it is about. They carry a decent selection of darts and darts accessories, and she was very knowledgeable about them - and that’s probably one of the reasons I ended up buying way more than what I had originally planned to. The homy feeling you get when you’re in the store amidst all the skillfully crafted pieces that are found all over is a great experience which is seldom present in other establishments.
