I wish I had read the Google reviews before purchasing from this merchant. I bought tickets an hour before visiting, but when we arrived, we were confused—the location was in a flea market-type environment and difficult to find.
I called the merchant but only received automatic text messages directing me to book online through Groupon. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally read the fine print on the ticket stating it was “by appointment only.” We ended up leaving and doing something else in the area instead.
I contacted Groupon and received a refund for one ticket, but not for the second. The merchant claims I redeemed the ticket with them, which is completely untrue. Despite my explanations, Groupon continues to side with the merchant, claiming they provided a service I never received.
This business operates with poor ethics and should be held accountable. I’m still fighting to get my refund for the second ticket.
Update 12/23/25: vendor responded to this review below. Still doesn’t explain why they still told my credit card company that I redeemed the Groupon…. This shows the kind of business they’re running.

I am shocked at some of these negative reviews. It was incredibly easy to book online, and find the location of the rage room. We paid $159 for 4 people, 4 breakable crates with all glass items with a 1 hour time block. We took about 20 mins total between the four of us, and it was a total full body work out. 🤣 The staff and the family were very kind and made our first experience very enjoyable. It was different than expected but very fun and my family and I had a great time. 10/10 we would definitely book again!

This place is a true scam. Make you purchase your tickets on Groupon and then they redeem them right after you purchase them so that when you try to use them, they can say you already use them to Groupon. I never used my ticket. They won’t return any phone calls or emails. I reported them to Groupon please do not use your money here I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back because even Groupon won’t help you do not buy do not buy do not buy do not buy do not buy do not buy. I cannot stress this enough. I turned them into the Better Business Bureau as well.

Absolute scam, they are using Groupon to scam people out of money. I went to book a session for Labor Day 2025, they redeemed my Groupon and then all of a sudden, no bookings available until January of 2026. Still disputing Groupon. About to take my complaint up to the corporate executives. The customer portal will not be enough to win this fight.
Update: after sending an email that went to their customer service and several top executives. I brought the receipts and Groupon decided to investigate my claim. After reviewing my evidence and no response from the owner, Groupon issued me a full refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If zero was an option it would still be too many stars. In August 2025- First they bait and switch the day we booked (we choose 8/9 when booking but got confirmed for 8/14). They refused any kind of assistance within two minutes of booking online when we called them. Told us too bad your day is next week and we weren’t going to be in town the next week. Then refused to do a refund or even credit for a future visit. My mistake???? Not reading all of the reviews before booking. This place is a JOKE! Read the reviews for yourself. Oh and side note- a business calling us a liar (they spelled it lier) on the original review is ridiculous and uncalled for. Prove we went… you can’t because we didn’t. What a joke!
