Minimal room for multiple big trucks inside. Unloading often may take longer time than usual. Usually sits here 2-3 hours to unload.

Worst customer service ever! Needed replacement parts took forever to get a hold of someone. Tried the operator, tried parts multiple times, no answer just voicemail. Of course I select the sales option and some one answer on the first ring.... worse experience ever, I rather total loss the truck than have to deal with ordering parts through this company ever again!

The security people does not have good communication skills or good customer service I didn’t even know where to park my tractor trailer so I parked inside the gate and instead of them telling me where I will need to be they only told me to move and I just needed a sense on where I need to be smh there are two buildings I just wanted to know where do I need to park so I can sleep I been driving and I’m tired and to my surprise I have to deal with people like this

such an discussion place catches their employees doing inappropriate things that they have no business doing in the trucks and wabash say it’s okay!
