These guys are AWESOME! I am so happy to have found them. Mark came and diagnosed my hot tub leak, and had the part with him so was able to fix it during the same visit. Then I headed in to the shop to meet Theresa and get my water tested. She loaned me a pump to drain my tub and set me up with all the chemicals and info for proper maintenance. I am beyond STOKED. Glad to have a local source for products and service. Highly recommend!

We spent a long time looking for and researching spas and these guys by far had the best customer service! They explained everything we needed to know without any pressure. After we purchased our tub, I had some issues getting it going, (air lock in the pump), and Mark came out same day and got it up and going in minutes! In 2019 we decided to buy local vs the alternatives for a hot tub. We wanted someone we could go to... ask questions ... and someone who would be there if there were issues.
